Moms say the best things...

I admit it; I am petrified of motherhood. I'm excited too, don't get me wrong. I just hope I can be a good enough mom to keep my baby safe and happy. I was expressing my anxieties to Mo, and she knew exactly what to say to calm me down (like any wise mother would!): "A nurse at the hospital told me that the fact that you are worried about being a good parent, means that you WILL be a good parent." Thanks, Mo. That makes me feel better. (For now.)

Come on baby!
I want to meet you. Only about three weeks to go. Take your time and hurry up (as my dad would say.)

Let's see...you're a wonderful daughter, sister, and family member, an awesome friend, a great wife and a terrific judge of character- you're already a fabulous (and natural) mom!
