...three week wait until we find out if Baby G. is a boy or a girl. My big ultrasound is scheduled for Thursday, March 29. I totally can't wait. I had my 16 (even though I'm closer to 17) week doctor's appointment today and all is well. I have already gained 7 pounds. Yikes! My midwife was able to find the heartbeat—no problem—and said it was a "perfect" 150 beats per minute (which makes me think boy!). Everything is on schedule and going as well as could be. There really is just no way to explain how I'm feeling. I didn't know I could ever be this happy. (I'm going to go have a good cry now.)
